The route starts and ends at the Parmer store with one mile of road riding to and from the park. At the park, we will ride Carcass Cafe, Mulligan, and Picnic trails. These trails are a mixture of flowing single track, tight turns through the trees, and a few rock gardens. The route back to the shop climbs back through Avery Ranch neighborhoods via Lakeline Blvd. This is a no drop ride. We will regroup at the beginning of each section with a brief description of the trail section about to be ridden. There will be no water stops for the duration of the ride.

In the event of rain or wet trail conditions, we will still be hosting a ride at Brushy Creek. This will exclude any dirt sections and will focus on gaining mileage and familiarity with the full length of the Brushy Creek trail. This ride will be a mixture of pavement and hardpack and will start and end at the Parmer store. Lights, helmet, hydration required. This is a 12-mile ride for all level riders. The route will drop in behind the Avery Ranch neighborhood, and wind its way along Brushy Creek trail and eventually return to the Avery Ranch neighborhood. This also is a no drop ride.
