After trying many saddles, I was not very optimistic about the outcome with this seat. However, I was pleasantly surprise. The seat is very comfortable. Normally I would begin feeling pain and discomfort after a half hour of riding. But not on my first ride with this seat! I am an older male rider (69) and I don't have much body padding around my rear. I am convinced that this seat is the answer to my problems.
