Only staff are allowed inside the shops. We are not accepting new service bikes or warranty claims. Trek will accept service bikes and warranty claims again when the stores reopen on Jan 25. The Research location is closed for new sales, but will still be a location to pick up bikes in service and previously placed online orders. All shop locations will close after the last day of the sale, Jan 17, for a remodel and open again as Trek Bikes on Jan 25.
